He has made major contributions to Queer theology through his scholarship and ministry, including publication of three important books—Radical Love, From Sin to Amazing Grace, and Rainbow Theology. Fr. Patrick also serves as the chancellor for the diocese and has been a wonderful resource to all of us as we seek to understand our legal rights and protect those who are vulnerable through this time. We’re so honored to welcome Fr. Patrick to St. Mark’s. After the service on June 1st, we’ll hang pride ribbons on our 2nd avenue fence to list up the names of LGBTQ leaders and allies.
